Medication Management

I am a board certified psychiatric nurse practitioner and work with you to find the right medications help you manage your mental health with least amount of side effects and lowest cost to you. I work with ages 6 and older, including adults.
Therapy

I am well versed in Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. If you already have a therapist, I am eager to partner with them to coordinate your care and optimize your mental health
Gender Affirming Letters

I will write the letters you need for insurance companies required documentation to access gender affirming procedures.
Medication Assisted Treatment

If you are struggling with opioid use disorder, I will work to treat you on an outpatient basis with home induction on Suboxone. You can start by filling out this suboxone agreement
